Price
If in certain circumstances, there is a wrong price or information about a particular product caused by typing errors (Typo), bambobike.com has the right to refuse or cancel orders that use the wrong price, including orders that have been paid. The delivery time may vary depending on the product. Non-bicycles & frames usually take around 2-3 days while bicycles take 3-5 working days.
Payment Method
We accept payments via Wise, Bank Transfer, Western Union and MoneyGram. All transactions are 100% secure so you can shop with confidence that your details are safe. And your purchase will be processed after you inform our company of payment, or you can also send proof of your payment by Fax or Email to our company. But if you make a purchase in our company, and in the next 3 days you do not send the news about your purchase information, or you do not send proof of payment to our company, we will immediately send the status of the purchase to be canceled.
PayPal - Estimated delivery time 22-27 days.
Wise / Bank Transfer / Western Union - Estimated delivery time 7 days.
5 year frame warranty after the date of purchase / receipt of products. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with packaging and tags all intact or will be charged with service cost. This warranty card is valid if the frame number on the bicycle is not defective / not replaced. The warranty does not applicable if:
- Surface defects such as paint, rust, or less glossy paint etc.
- Normal damage due to the bicycle usage (rubber brake wear, tire leaks etc.)
- Damage due to improper use or accident.
- Bicycles that have been sold to other people.
- Bicycles that are used commercially, for example for rent.
- Bicycles that are not properly maintained.
